Here we have a Sargent and Company model 119-6. V and round belt pliers. They look intact, the round blade looks to be used and easily replaced, looks like it can be sharpened or replaced easily. The pliers don't look to be abused or used very much, in my opinion, typical wear and tear? The jaws move back and fourth with out any binding or stopping points, could use some lubrication to make it easier. They are a little dirty from laying around in the bottom of a box. This crimper needs a new slideing shear cutter part. easy to change out. At least that's the most reasonable part that needs replaced. The real money is the tool itself.
