This is a coleman/evcon 2-wire presidential II control box#7900A6021. Used for converting a heating thermostat with a 2 conductor control wire into funtional a/c control system, the reason it is listed as used is because#1 it has gotten a bit beat up on the outside(which makes it look used) 2 because I installed it in a furnace for about a month at one time some years back(until I could return and rewire the control system) other than that this control box has been on a shelf with other parts for several years now just collecting dust, if you look at the pictures you will see just how pristine the controls inside of the box look. I have went through and individually tested the components inside of the box to assure that there are no problems, whereas I didn't have a presidential II furnace ... moreto install it into for testing, all of the components test ok. I shined up the outside of the box with some scotchbrite, due to dust and such being on the outside of the box from over the years that it's been on the shelf, the schematic on the outside of the box is still readable even though it's got a few small knicks in it. You are looking at a used in great condition Intellidyne hot water economizer. It is the Intellicon hw+ boiler control. This works along side the primary aquastat. We had oil heated hot water/hydronic heat at our old house and this saved us approximately 33% on our oil bill for the last 2 years. We're selling the house which is the only reason I took it off. This listing includes 2 hot water sensors(p/n: 4001A) The newer 3250 control, a junction box and connector to make installation easier. I've also printed out the installation and programming instructions for you. All wires are the full length when I got it(approximately 13" and the two hot water sensors are 10' wires and in excellent condition. The sensors have a little bit of insulation tape on them but this does not ... moreaffect their function at all. All you need to install it is 4 cable ties(for the hot water sensors) and a 4x4 square box cover for the junction box. Below are details from the manufacturer website. Lot of 4- GE CR353EF3G*3AED Magnetic switches. I took these out of an old Carrier condenser unit that we replaced with a new condenser. It was a very large condenser. Cooling unit on a roof. I was told the reason we were replacing the unit was because the coils had developed a leak and it was more economical for the facility to replace the old unit than to repair the leaks. So to my knowledge everything else(electrical hardware) was in good working order when they disconnected the unit. Please look at pics for technical information on switches.
