I built this office for myself and have used it in a fair weather climate so additional insulation was not necessary. It also has vinyl dual pane windows. The Dual Pane Vinyl windows are inserted into wood frames and caulked. For more inclimate environments I recommend pulling the windows and welding in metal frames for the windows to be slipped into. The office is wired to basic code just like a land based office. The power lead into the office is currently 220. There is one potential ... more220 plug in the storage portion of the container and the rest of the office is 110. There's also a modern circuit breaker panel with 3 15 amp and 1 20 amp breakers currently installed. And there's room for two additional breakers. The ceiling has low profile florescent fixtures. They comply with UBC1997, Roof Live load 20 psf, Ground snow load 28.57 psf, Roof snow load 20 psf, Wind Load 85mph Exposure"C" and seismic Zone 3. There are no bolts or screws included; new ones are required per code, however they are easily obtainable. There are three wind damaged roof sheets that will need to be replaced. I intended to add some skylights so it wasn't an issue, but I will be happy to help ... morethe buyer facilitate new replacement sheets for the damaged ones. There is an American Buildings Factory about 10 miles from where these buildings are stored so pickup can be arranged for new sheets.
