Yaw Bearing OK folks here is the deal I use this stuff and I know what it will and will not do. Plating this thing with "zinc" will not cause this not to rust. The rollers on this bearing are under constant friction and any applied coating will wear away in short order . The centrifuge comes with a pump and pressure gauge. The pump is a power steering pump from a honda and works great. Just a regular 120v electric motor to power the pump. Up for auction is a 4" Penn Valley Double Disc pump model 4DDHO. The full specifications and volume can be found on the Penn Valley web site. These are just about bullet proof pumps for pumping any kind of sludge or viscous material. Pump was in working order when taken out of service. I also have a 6" Penn Valley pump in another auction. Local p/u is preferred but I will put on pallet if we have to ship. You will need to obtain any shipping quotes. This is a used unit. Its a ultra high volume centrifuge. It has not been in full use in 3 years. I would highly suggest installing new hub bearings and a belt. it has a spare drum which cost over $ 7.000 and the unit cost around $ 75,000 new in 89. I used it for filtering motor oil and Amsoil after heating it and it worked perfect. It is a single phase 220v baldor motor. this unit is sold as-is. I will ship at an extra cost. This auction is for a single 500gal stainless steel tank. I have two available. They are in identical condition. Tanks have shallow slope V bottom. Tanks are clean inside an previously used in an aircraft deicer truck. Thanks have a 2"dia top port. A 1 1/2" bottom side port and a 3/4" lower side port. Tanks also have a 16" top inspection hatch. Tanks also have a band of stainless reinforcement on their sides. Local p/u only. If you need time for p/u you can leave tanks here for a few months but they do have to be paid for first. Appleseed Biodiesel Reactor Processor. This system was built by me after receiving training from Chris Powers in Houston at a hand-on weekend workshop. It was used by me and a partner in 2010-2011 using waste vegetable oil as a feedstock. If you're unfamiliar with this process. The byproduct is glycerin. Making biodiesel is easy, but getting the cost down when dealing with acidic feedstock is a greater technical challenge that is, in my opinion, well overcome with this system. Not all these tanks are necessary to make biodiesel, but batching such as I have allows for a continuous throughput, as having extra tanks allows staging incase secondary batching is required for very acidic feedstock, your fancy expensive all in one unit sellers won't volunteer this. This system has NOT been ... moreoperated since 2011. But is awesome and produces quality biodiesel at low cost. It has a 50 gallon hot water heater as a reactor for 100 liter batches of biodiesel. It also features a 150 gallon per hour waste vegetable centrifuge processor(pabioidiesel) that cleans(WVO filtering or WMO) via centrifuge filtering to below one-half micron while de-watering your oil. It also features a water cooled vacuum driven methanol recovery system to lower the cost of making your fuel by recovering and giving you the chance to recycle a portion of your methanol which would otherwise go into your diesel. This is an awesome system at a fire-sale buy it now price. And will pay for itself in a few batches, as I was able to produce diesel for my F250 at below 1 dollar per gallon, depending on WVO titration results. These parts were used on a 300 D Mercedes and are in working condition. One is an in-line electric 12 volt fuel heater and the other is a heat exchanger which uses fluid from the radiator. Together they do a great job of heating the WVO. I paid $125 for the 12 volt heater and $95 for the heat exchanger.
