This unit was used for less than 50 hours and was found to be overkill for the intended use if it and was replaced by a smaller unit. The radiator has dual separate cores to cool the oil inside the unit and it is also an air after-cooler for the compressed air leaving the unit. All of the lines and fittings are like new with no damage anywhere. There are a handful of spots where the fins on the radiator has been slightly bent but only very superficial. Up for auction is our company's Zeks air dryer. Model 100HSGA. It is a heat sink, air cooled design. It's wired up for 110volt outlet use. It has an automatic drain on it set to a timer. All of the necessary plumbing pipes, bypasses, drain bucket, etc. are all included with this unit. We purchased this unit new back in 2007, and have used it until late last year, 2012) Our company purchased a bigger air compressor, and hence needed a bigger dryer to accommodate. It was in perfect working order when we took it off-line. We installed it, and never had a maintenance call on it ever. We didn't even send in the warrantee card) The heat exchanger is made of stainless steel, and the unit is still under the factory pro-rated warrantee. This Hydrovane compressor has approx. 16600 hours on it. The motor is burnt& needs to be rewound. The Variable Speed Drive was removed due to failure& is not included with the purchase. The airend module is still in good condition& to the best of our knowledge all other parts aside from the motor are in working condition. There was a power issue at the jobsite that damaged the variable speed drive& burnt the motor. The airend alone would cost approximately $6.000.00 to purchase new, this compressor would make a good parts machine for someone.
