Air compressor 90° elbow unloader valve. This universal unloader valve assembly fits a large variety of common imported 2 stage air compressor pumps. This valve is located on the hydraulic unloader assembly which is on the front of the pump directly opposite of the crankshaft. A 1/4" copper or aluminum tube runs from this valve to the head of the compressor or check valve and unloads the head pressure once the compressor shuts off. If the compressor is not unloading, this is the valve that needs to be replaced. If this valve is continually leaking when your compressor shuts off, your check valve needs to be replaced.

Quincy model QDTH 150 cfm heatless desiccant compressed air dryer. Manufactured for Quincy by Pneumatec. Will dry to-40 Deg. F at 150 CFM flow. Which would be the full output of a 40 HP compressor. This dryer was taken out of service on a medical air system in a hospital because it was too big for the air load. A smaller dryer was installed in its place. Dryer was manufactured in 2006 and has ASME labeled tanks. Purch system was modified by the hospital to allow for manual adjustment of purge flow. this in no way affects the proper operation of the dryer. 150 PSU maximum pressure. 115 Volt operation current. Inlet and outlet ports are 1 1/2" NPT. I installed one new flow valve, as the existing one didn't seem to be opening properly. Dryer was tested through several cycles.

For Sale: Is a contractors electric air compressor. This is a older model that has had a new set of air tanks installed. All air lines,guages, air chucks and limit switch have been replaced as well. This Three phase air compressor came out of a radiator rebuilding shop. It's still kinda dirty but runs excellent! It's very quiet and is a work horse. Jun-Air 3-1.5 air compressor 120 volt. 1.5L tank, 20L/min displacement, 120 PSI, rated 37dB. From new this compressor was used to inflate the door seal for an MRI room. I personally removed it about 3 years ago and performed the recommended service on it a year before removal. This included new air filter, change of oil, and some other things I do not rememeber anymore. It comes up to pressure well and is very quiet. Included is the Jun-Air pressure regulator used with the MRI setup and a sealed bottle of Jun-Air SJ-27 synthetic long life lubricant which is the oil Jun-Air recommends. The compressor will ship with the current oil drained but the new bottle should bring the level where is should be with a little left over. A couple of air fittings had come loose during the compressor's ... moretime in service and blew some oil on the compressor. It tested fine on my workbench. This would make an excellent airbrush compressor.

You are bidding on an old CHAMPION AIR COMPRESSOR. It was made by the Champion Pneumatic Machine Co. The model number is REN 14. Two cylinder, two stage that uses a three to five HP motor, not included. I was told that this pump was made somewhere between 1956 to 1965. The compressor was given to me by my Father-in-law that worked in gas station maintenance. Years ago. It has never been used by me, but the fly wheel moves freely. The tub and the roll around cart are not included. This compressor is very heavy and will be for local pick up only.
