water chiller portable mobile gas potable engine 943 Portable engine driven water chiller unit for cooling potable water. Unit is a self-contained cooling system which draws warm water from a storage tank and can either dispense chilled water into individual containers or dispense chilled water into another bulk tank. Could be used in small remote communities. Large gatherings, festivals or anywhere else where chilled drinkable water is needed. Could also be used in concessions to make a water bath for bottled drinks instead of using ice. Chiller uses an automotive type refrigeration compressor which is driven by an 18HP twin cylinder Briggs engine. The water is forced through the system by a belt driven pump. Warm water flows into the water chiller through a hose. In the initial starting ... morephase. Water is by-passed around the thermostatic blending valve(V4) by the START-RUN water control valve(V5) Once the engine is up to speed, the START-RUN valve is turned and water is run through the thermostatic valve. The valve will automatically either recirculate the water to reduce the temperature, or will open and allow more warm water into the system. Cool water will be available within three minutes of starting. Water that is not dispensed will be discharged from the recirculate port. Water comes out of the recirculate port when the dispense port is stopped(with a valve) or when the unit is in start-up mode. The chiller unit does not have an internal fuel tank, it uses a simple fuel line that drops into a regular gas jug. Unit was tested and it works well. For the test we heated a tank of water to about 88 degress. The chiller was turned on and after about three minutes cool water started filling the smaller tank. As seen in the video the cool tank water measured about 66.5 degs. But if the probe was placed in the outlet pipe stream the temp was about 62 deg. This is a CNG compressor package complete with two compressors. A built-in gas dryer, sequential controller, and a priority fill panel. The system is capable of producing 55 gas gallon equivalent of CNG per hour from a 20 psi supply. All components are inside an enclosure with no exposure to the weather unlike many of these systems. The package was produced by the industry leading ANGI energy systems and designed with explosion proof electrical elements. This system will work well for a fleet or for a small public station. The system was built and installed in 1994/1995 but saw little use after the price of gasoline fell and was removed from the site and placed in storage a few years ago. The two 20H40NG Ingersoll Rand compressors have very low hours of 305 and 309 hours. These compressors ... moreroutinely operate for over 10.000 hours with proper service and maintenance. These compressors are driven by 40 hp electric motors. The large desiccant dryer tank has external connections for a future regenerative unit if needed. The priority panel will control filling of a three bank storage system to provide a vehicle fast fill capability. The sequential fill controller will control the filling of a vehicle from the storage bank without the need of an expensive dispenser. The system was designed for cold weather operation which has proven to be a problem for some CNG compressor systems. This is an industrial quality system that will operate and last unlike some aluminum compressors. The compressors are completely accessible for removal through the large doors on the end of the unit. There are PDF scans of the drawing package and plenty of space inside the metal enclosure for maintenance. The item is a military surplus generator selector switch box with leads. The selector switch is four position Gen 1-Gen 2-Off-Off snap action rotary rated at 60 amp/500 V AC- 60 amp/250 V DC. The indicator light bulbs are burnt out. The box is 12"x 12"x 12" steel with a 2.75"x 3.5" hinged cover over the output bus. Four 3/8" mounting holes in the back. The input leads are 5' and 7' of 4 wire 600V in good condition with most tags intact. I have visually inspected and continuity tested the unit and found it to be in good operating order. This appears to be a presentation piece commemorating the completion of construction of the Wolsung-1 nuclear power plant in South Korea. The plant was completed in 1981 and opened the following year after certification. From what I can find out. The construction of the plant was managed by the Atomic Energy Of Canada Limited company, a Canadian based nuclear power company, which has been active since the 1950's ... morein developing electricity from nuclear reactors. The name"P. G. Dahan" is cast into the center of the tray above the date. I could find no information on this person, but assume he may have been in charge of construction. I'm guessing this is one rare ashtray. Comes in it's original presentation box complete with what I assume to be the original tissue. I doubt you'll ever see another. The ash tray measures nearly 9 1/4 inches in diameter and is 1 3/8 inches tall. It is a very highly detailed casting with polishing. It was made by the Ulsan Grand Company. Which I believe to be a South Korean firm. The sticker on the back is still intact. The raised inscription reads"Atomic Energy Of Canada Limited nuclear construction managers Korea Electric Company Wolsung-1 nuclear power plant" in English and correspondingly in Korean beneath it. Wonderful design and detail. No evidence it's ever been used as an ashtray. In the raised center is an atomic symbol over a pyramid and the inscription"P. G. This is a home version of the Phill Fuelmaker line of CNG(Compressed Natural Gas) home fueling station/ compressor. It is intended to allow home users to fill their CNG vehicles by hooking up to their home natural gas line. I got this used from a friend who put very few hours of service on it. He sold his CNG vehicle fairly early on and had no use for this. When I got it. I planned to purchase a CNG vehicle so that I could ride alone in the carpool lane on my commute to work. However, I no longer commute and only drive about 5 minutes to work so I've never even hooked this up to use it. It has been sitting unused for over a year for sure and I have no way to verify that ... moreit's in 100% working order. I don't have a reason to believe it won't work but I'm selling it as-is with no guarantees so bid accordingly. A few days ago I plugged it in and ran the test to show how many hours are on it. It powered up properly and hummed and indicates that it has between 500 and 749 hours of use so far. It is a model HRA-P36-002 which is the 3600 PSI model. It should have everything needed to attach to a natural gas line and fuel a vehicle. I have all documentation including the original purchase invoice and manuals. The person I got it from was rather detailed when he disconnected it from his garage and gave me 8 pages of photo documentation of how everything was connected when he pulled it out. All of these photos and manuals will be included. It's definitely an older model fueling station so do your research to be sure this is what you need. It's very clean and has been well taken care of but as I said. There's no way for me to check it out further. You are welcome to come by and take a look prior to bidding if you like. This is a barely used WVO Designs 6000 RPM Centrifuge. The exact setup that I am selling here. Costs $1597 new from WVO Designs. Their Ebay item number is: 281206643653. I bought this centrifuge about a year ago and centrifuged approximately 200 gallons of oil. It works very well: it is very well balanced(no vibrations even at 6000 RPM) and it pulls the finest particles out of the oil. I am selling it because I started looking into all the certifications that would be required to keep large quantities of oil on my property for what I wanted to do. And it was more trouble that I was willing or had time to deal with. As long as you aren't storing large volumes of oils/fuels on your property, you don't need any special certifications. This model has the extra triangle shaped metal piece ... morethat bolts into the middle of the centrifuge wheel to speed up and economize the oil cleaning process. That wheel has 3 bolts that hold it in, and one of the bolts goes in a little loosely. It might be a good idea to tap a hole for the next size bolt and replace the bolt. This centrifuge plugs into normal household outlets and runs very quietly. The Green Spin Centrifuge was designed specifically for cleaning particulate from waste oils and fluids. This design does not include a cut-off valve. Which after multiple uses becomes inoperable and will cause the centrifuge to work at a diminished capacity or not at all. The centrifuge works by means of centrifugal force and is capable of cleaning fluids to one tenth of a micron. High pressure oil is pumped to the centrifuge and sprayed from opposing jets to spin the rotor at speeds approaching 8000 rpm to remove particulate from the fluid. This force extracts solid contaminants from the fluid stream and deposits them on the inner wall of the cleanable rotor as a dense. Solid cake. To clean WVO. Settle the dirty oil in a separate container and filter to at least 100 microns to remove the ... morelarger particles out of the oil. Heating the WVO to a temperature of 100°F will lower the viscosity and allow suspended water to settle. The oil needs to be heated for the oil to move through the centrifuge. The fluid should flow like water for the centrifuge to work properly. Fluids other than WVO may or may not need to be heated to achieve the desired viscosity. Temperatures of at least 150°F must be maintained and temperatures above 180 degrees are not beneficial. If you complete enough passes. The centrifuge will polish the oil to NEVER allow the pressure to exceed 100 psi. Over 100 psi will cause damage and void the warranty. The rotor will need to be cleaned approximately every 150-200 gallons and will take 5-10 minutes to complete the process. The rotor will be extremely hot and will need to cool prior to cleaning. This unique Steam Engine was produced in America in 2008. It has features that allow it to be used as a steam engine. As a pump and as a compressor. It is approximately 60 cubic inches. The pistons are external without a fixed block. It has a Z-shaft and thrust plate. The piston rings can easily be changed with a quick removal of the entire cylinder. It can be mounted and run in any position. This particular engine has less than 10 running hours on it. It seems to have a sweet spot for running between 400 and 800 RPM's.
